Melissa Thomas (16 South)

Melissa Thomas played volleyball at Putnam City North High School where she was the starting setter and two year varsity captain. She also played for the Oklahoma Wind Volleyball Club. Melissa later went on to play at Mid-America Christian University. In her two years there, she played as setter/right side.

Melissa currently attends the University of Oklahoma where she is pursing a degree in Health and Exercise Science. In the 2008-2009 season she coached the Mustangs in Norman, a home school team, who went to Nationals and won the silver division. She is currently the Junior Varsity coach at Norman North, and this is her second year with Oklahoma Charge.
